MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences
• Minimum 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or related clinical field
• Prior experience in clinical education, training, or curriculum development
• Comfortable conducting hands-on surgical demonstrations and cadaver labs
• Strong communication and teaching skills

This role is ideal for a clinically skilled PA who is passionate about education, medical innovation, and improving patient outcomes through advanced orthopedic training. You will play a key role in developing and leading training programs for healthcare providers and internal stakeholders across the globe.

• Facilitate hands-on surgical training, cadaveric labs, and live demonstrations for surgeons, PAs, and sales professionals
• Develop and deliver engaging educational content including digital modules, presentations, and clinical guides
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to improve device design and clinical applications
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve instructional strategies
• Represent the training department at conferences, workshops, and global training events
