Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients with ear, nose, throat, and allergy-related conditions. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations in clinic, including comprehensive physical examinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations Provide patient education and counseling on conditions, treatments, and preventive care Triage patients to support appropriate patient scheduling Assist surgery when needed Perform hospital consults Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Qualifications: Current Physician Assistant license in Kentucky & Indiana Graduation from an accredited PA program NCCPA certification Experience in ENT, allergy, or related specialty preferred (but not required) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
