QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current and valid PA license in the State of Montana
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Prior experience in acute or post-acute care preferred; rehabilitation experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills

• Provide medical care under the supervision of a physician, including assessments, treatment planning, progress evaluations, and documentation
• Conduct daily rounds and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care
• Participate in team conferences and contribute to discharge planning
• Respond to medical emergencies and acute changes in patient condition
• Provide patient and family education related to the rehabilitation process, medication management, and follow-up care
