Description Main Buffalo Pediatrics (a division of Medical Health Associates of Western New York) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Located in the city of Buffalo, our practice delivers high-quality, comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and young adults in a warm, collaborative, and patient-centered environment. Main Pediatrics is a busy and vibrant practice! As part of Medical Health Associates of Western New York, our team is committed to delivering accessible, continuous, and integrated care that supports the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of our patients. We are a practice with a Healthy Steps program , an integrated model with a full-time social worker serving our 0-3 years population . Position Overview Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Full-Time Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with education and experience) Part time salary negotiable depending on hours Schedule: 4 weekdays, currently no evening or weekend hours. On call for practice once a week and every 4-5 weekend. We use a night call service for first call after 10 pm Requirements Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adolescent patients, from infancy through young adulthood Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, as well as support preventive care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness, and medication usage Order labs, imaging, and therapies as needed Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and the extended care team Maintain thorough and compliant medical records per NCQA and New York State standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice-wide projects Stay current with clinical best practices and emerging evidence-based care Graduate of an accredited PA program Active New York State PA license National board certification ( NCCPA ) and current CPR certification required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based setting Experience with MEDENT EMR is a plus Commitment to serving pediatric and adolescent populations Why Join Main Pediatrics?
