SUMMARY:

• Services provided at Winter Haven Women’s Hospital which is part of the Bay Care Health System.
• The hospital is the area’s premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns.
• 11-bed, Level-II NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions.
• 2-physician practice, supported by affiliated Bay Care practice in Tampa.
• 16-hour shifts .
• Additional hours for additional pay are available.
• Not accepting new graduate candidates - CURRENT 2+ years’ work experience in NICU (not including RN or training) is required

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree Required
• Board Certified through NCCPA Required
• FL license Required
• Completion of a Neonatal PA training program Highly Preferred
• 2+ years of PA work experience (not including training) in Neonatal ICU Required
• Clean malpractice/licensing history Highly Preferred
