What you’ll do at OhioMHAS: Provide services under the supervision of control of a licensed physician Interviews patients and assist in performing examinations and treatment Assist on rounds Note progress of patients during therapy and examinations Assist with development and making recommendations for changes in treatment plan Reviews medical records Works with other team para-professionals Attend treatment teams & medical staff meetings, medical seminars and courses Serve on various medical and agency committees This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #15 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio. Working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter. Additional Salary / Appointment Information: 3%25 increase July 1, 2026. Certificate of registration as physician's assistant issued by State Medical Board per Section 4730.03 & 4730.04 of Ohio Revised Code and have valid certificate to prescribe in accordance with ORC 4730.44. Job Skills: Medical Required Educational Transcripts Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application. Responsibilities
