The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. ED/UCC experience preferred. New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS and BLS are a plus. Current IN state license is a plus. Potential to be cross credentialed at Community Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center, and St. Catherine Hospital. The Practice Community Hospital – Munster, Indiana Comprehensive Stroke Center and Accredited Chest Pain Center. 445-bed hospital with 32 Emergency Department beds plus 15 hallway beds. Annual volume of 70K with a 30% admit rate. Epic EMR with M-Modal Dictation. 24-hour RADS coverage, psychiatric social workers, case managers, physical therapists, and social workers also on site.
