Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Leonardtown MD $155k-$180k | No nights or Weekends We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning interventional pain management practice full time (Mon-Friday) in Leonardtown with 1 day per week coverage at our office in Prince Frederick. Ideally, we are seeking a provider who has experience with pain management and/or orthopedics and is within an easily commutable distance from our office. Our broad services include, but are not limited to, advanced interventional pain management procedures and medication management. Top surgeons in the Baltimore/Washington region rely on our expertise to ensure their patients receive stellar, seamless, comprehensive care. Job Responsibilities: Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations Recommendation of pain management procedures to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care Coordination of care with other community physicians and health care providers Pharmacologic management of pain and related conditions Eagerness to develop new patient referrals and community awareness of our services Commitment to helping all parts of our organization succeed Providing hope, compassion, and sound medical advice to our patients and our community Candidate Qualifications: Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Maryland Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Must be within an easily commutable distance Must have 1-year clinical experience working in a private practice seeing patients independently Total compensation (range): $135k plus an additional $25k-$50k in performance bonuses for a total compensation of $155k-$180k Benefits: Bonus compensation 401k Health insurance reimbursement PTO (4 weeks) Malpractice coverage CME allowance We are offering a competitive salary plus bonus, great benefits, and the chance to receive the best training in the medical field to ensure your job satisfaction and success.
