We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Colorado Springs clinic as Assistant Center Director! About the Role The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will: Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols. Perform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditions. Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational success. Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services at select locations. Provide patient education and help patients understand their treatment plans in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner. Requirements Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado required Current DEA registration required At least 1 year of clinical practice experience Prior hormone replacement therapy, wellness, weight loss, or primary care experience preferred Availability during clinic hours, including 2 Saturdays per month with incentivized pay Hours of Operation Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, required 2 per month with additional pay provided Average 40–41 hours per week Training 2 full consecutive weeks, 10 business days, of paid training Monday–Friday.
