Description A busy orthopaedic total joint (adult reconstruction) practice specializing in hip and knee arthroplasty is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a collaborative surgical team. This position offers significant operating room involvement with consistent first assist in hip and knee arthroplasty procedures. The PA will work directly with the surgeon in both the operating room and clinic as an integral member of the orthopaedic care team. Both experienced orthopaedic PAs and motivated new graduates with strong surgical interest are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • First assist in hip and knee arthroplasty procedures • Support operative workflow and perioperative care • Assist with post-operative orders • Provide clinic support including preoperative education and patient follow-up • Review imaging including X-rays and occasional MRI studies with patient callbacks • Assist in managing in-patient consults with hospital midlecels Practice Environment: Modern orthopaedic practice with a supportive clinical team including a surgical coordinator, medical assistant, and administrative staff. The office includes on-site X-ray, DME, physical therapy, occupational therapy, CT, MRI, and laboratory services.
