Description Aligned Orthopedics in partnership with Washington Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is hiring for an PRN orthopedic physician assistant in the greater Washington, DC area. This position is OR based at our surgery center located in downtown Bethesda, MD. Applicant would be guaranteed hours with the understanding coverage would include every Tuesday beginning as early as 630a and extending no later than 630p with 8 hours guaranteed every Tuesday (with or without cases to cover). Applicant would be responsible for communicating with surgeon office every week to confirm Tuesday coverage needs. Pay range $50-75/hr pending experience. Additional prn days may arise if applicant interested. Job responsibilities include first assisting orthopedic surgeon in the OR. Candidate should be comfortable being an independent provider, driven and detailed oriented. Prior orthopedic PA experience highly preferred.
