Excellent multitasking while maintaining positive attitude Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Give comprehensive physical exams and women’s health screenings/exams. Order and interpret labs to create a treatment plan and goals for the patient based on protocol and policy outlined by medical director. Lead clinical and non-clinical team to best serve our patients. Offer, educate, and implement ancillary services to our patients. Efficiently and effectively document all encounters. Requirements Education: Graduated from a board approved Physician Assistant Program; Licensed as a PA in the State of Nebraska; CPR/ ACLS or BLS. Federal DEA licensure. Appropriate certification and currently licensed. 3+ years’ experience in women’s health relating to gynecology strongly preferred. Function with autonomy and able to make independent decisions while functioning as part of a comprehensive team. Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms. Comprehend and follow and update policy, procedure, guidelines, and protocols. Analytical ability to review internal processes needing improvement and make suggestions. Interpersonal skills to manage and develop the staff within the work group and to participate on provider team. Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Extensive background in women’s health and gynecology. Certification and experience in aesthetic/cosmetic injectables and procedures. Familiar with hormone therapy treatment and diagnosis. Fertility experience
