We're looking for a Physician Assistant who wants to help build something special. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Overland Park clinic at a pivotal stage. We're seeking a provider who is energized by growth, enjoys developing patient relationships, and wants to play an active role in helping a practice expand within the community. Initially, this position will be scheduled two days per week. As patient demand increases and the clinic continues to grow, there will be opportunities to expand your schedule and increase your income. What You'll Do Patient Care Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations and wellness visits Conduct annual exams and preventative screenings Order and interpret laboratory testing Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients regarding treatment options and wellness goals Provide hormone therapy management and related services Help Grow the Practice Build strong patient relationships that create lifelong advocates Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience Support community outreach and practice growth initiatives Contribute ideas that improve operations and patient care Collaborate with leadership on strategies that help expand the clinic Be a True Partner Work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced team Participate in developing best practices and clinical processes Help create an exceptional culture for patients and staff Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: ? Interested in growing alongside the organization as new opportunities develop Qualifications Current PA licensure in Kansas Master's Degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program Active DEA registration Women's Health experience highly preferred Prior women's health, gynecology, hormone therapy, or wellness experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Preferred Experience Hormone replacement therapy Women's health and gynecology Medical aesthetics Fertility services Wellness and preventative care Why This Opportunity? ?
