Description Physician Assistant — Spine & Extremity Orthopedics AICA Orthopedics | Conyers & Snellville, GA Full-Time | 1 Position | $150,000–$200,000 DOE + Bonuses No call. No weekends. Monday through Friday, with optional urgent care shifts if you want them — but never required. Our PAs work with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional spine specialists, chiropractors, and physical therapists in a true multidisciplinary environment. What we require Spine and/or extremity orthopedics experience — this is the primary gate; generalist PA experience alone is not sufficient Minimum 5 years PA experience is strongly preferred; spine + extremity breadth is the ideal profile Proficiency in evaluating and ordering epidurals, MBB’s, SI joint, RFA, and joint injections/procedures. OR first-assist experience a strong plus but not required Personal injury or workers’ compensation background preferred Graduate of an accredited PA program; current Georgia licensure or ability to obtain Current DEA, and BLS or ability to obtain EMR proficiency (NextGen preferred) What you’ll do Evaluate and manage PI patients across spine and extremity orthopedics — approximately 20 patients per day Coordinate epidurals, facet blocks/MBB’s, SI joint/extremity injections, and RFA procedures. Perform trigger point and major joint injections independently is a plus. Order MRIs, CT scans and interpret X-rays. Possibility of first assist in OR for orthopedic and spine surgeries Manage pre- and post-procedural care for interventional and surgical patients Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity across AICA’s multidisciplinary network Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours Compensation & benefits $150,000–$200,000 base salary depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses tied to clinical KPI metrics W-2 or 1099 employment — your choice Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Up to 3 weeks PTO + 1 week paid CME + CME allowance and conference support Locations This role covers two nearby clinics — Conyers and Snellville — both within easy distance of each other in metro Atlanta.
