The leading healthcare organization in South Jersey, AtlantiCare, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing UroGyn team, supporting outpatient clinic visits, inpatient rounding, and the operating room at our Pomona campus.   This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated, team-oriented advanced practice provider to work alongside a collaborative group of physicians and clinical staff within Women’s Services. You’ll play an integral role in enhancing continuity of care, improving outcomes, and supporting procedural workflows in a high-volume, mission-driven environment.   Key Responsibilities: * Conduct patient visits in the outpatient UroGyn clinic, including pre-operative consults and post-operative follow-ups * Perform inpatient rounding on UroGyn patients at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center – Mainland campus * Provide first-assist support in the OR for urogynecologic surgeries * Collaborate with physicians, residents, and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care and documentation Total Rewards at AtlantiCare:  At AtlantiCare, we believe in supporting the whole person.
