Seeking Pediatric Physiatrist to Join Renowned Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute in South Florida Nicklaus Children’s Health System and Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the health system’s physician-led multispecialty group practice, have an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE) Pediatric Physiatrist to join the Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute. The focus of this role is on the medical orthopedic management of children with chronic, long-term needs providing specialized care to children/adolescents with conditions such as spinal, orthopedic oncology, limb deformities and length discrepancies, sports-related injuries, fractures and traumatic injuries, cerebral palsy, and neuromuscular disorders, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons. Qualifications Board-certified/eligible Pediatric Physiatrist with additional expertise in musculoskeletal disorders focusing on physical impairments, skilled in gait analysis, orthotic prescriptions and bracing, casting for contractures and specialty mobility aids Strong clinical, research, and teaching abilities About Nicklaus Children’s Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute The Institute is dedicated to providing world-class orthopedic care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
