This is a unique opportunity to join HealthOne at an exciting moment of growth and help bring our collaborative, multidisciplinary model of care to a brand new downtown location. As a Dermatologist at HealthOne, you will provide comprehensive medical and procedural dermatologic care within a modern, multidisciplinary clinic. You will manage a broad range of skin conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a well-supported clinical environment. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a sustainable dermatology practice within a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, efficiency, and continuous professional development. Responsibilities:   * Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions across diverse patient populations * Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on communication and education * Perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, lesion removals, and other minor surgical treatments * Provide follow-up care and long-term management for chronic skin conditions * Maintain clinical excellence and stay current with evolving best practices in dermatology Qualifications and Skills:   * MD degree from an accredited medical school * Certification in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) * Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) * Active membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) * Strong clinical judgment with a high standard of professionalism and patient care * Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team Why Join HealthOne?   * New Clinic Launch Opportunity: Join HealthOne’s newest downtown clinic and play an active role in shaping the early culture and clinical experience of a new location * Strong patient demand with high new patient volume and a well-established internal referral network * Collaborative, patient-centered dermatology practice within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting * Strong administrative and clinical support infrastructure to maximize efficiency and patient throughput * Opportunities to build and expand your practice, including procedural dermatology and subspecialty interests * Engaging team culture with regular events and team-building activities Compensation:  * Competitive compensation package; a daily minimum is provided * Team member discount program on all services & products offered at HealthOne (Dental, Optometry, Skin Care, Massage, Psychotherapy, etc.).
