The Practice Ascension St. Alexius Medical Center – Hoffman Estates, Illinois Critical Care hospital and ER with advanced specialty care services. Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with 24/7 cardiac cath lab. 320-bed hospital with 42-bed Emergency Department. Comprehensive sub-specialty backup including 24/7 OB hospitalist, ICU docs, and PEDS hospitalist. Chicago suburb with low penetrating trauma and moderate patient acuity. Responsibilities

Physicians will focus their attention on patient care within the Emergency Department at Ascension St. Alexius Medical Center, utilizing autonomy and local control backed by a national system of support. Responsibilities include providing care in a Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center environment with comprehensive sub-specialty backup.
