The Practice Tidewatch Emergency Department – Bluffton, South Carolina Tidewatch Emergency Department is a freestanding emergency facility dedicated exclusively to 24-hour emergency care. Tidewatch Emergency Department is an extension of Coastal Carolina Hospital’s Emergency Department, providing seamless integration with hospital services when needed. The department is staffed by board-certified physicians and specially trained clinicians, ensuring expert care for all patients.
