This is a unique opportunity to join HealthOne at an exciting moment of growth and help bring our collaborative, multidisciplinary model of care to a brand new downtown location. Physicians joining at launch will be part of shaping the clinic from the very beginning. You’ll work side by side with an experienced, engaged multidisciplinary team, supported by strong clinical and administrative infrastructure in a modern, purpose built environment. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to build patient relationships, contribute to how care is delivered at this location, and be part of establishing a new HealthOne clinic in the downtown core. Full-time Family Physicians  Locations: Toronto Metro Centre   Responsibilities  * Build strong relationships with patients and provide an exceptional care experience, with a focus on compassion and clinical excellence * Support your patients with their acute care, preventative care, and chronic disease management needs with clear education, shared decision making, and appropriate continuity * Apply your full scope to create thorough diagnoses and treatment plans which utilize our multidisciplinary team to support patients with all interconnected aspects of their health journey * Engage with our multidisciplinary team and internal stakeholders through on-site education sessions and care innovation initiatives across HealthOne Qualifications and Skills  * Patient focused and service minded approach to delivering excellent, comprehensive care * Empathetic, collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders * Commit to working at HealthOne for a minimum 4 days per week + 1 weekend day per month, with reliable scheduling * Licensed to practice as a Family Physician in Ontario and in good standing with the CPSO * 1+ year of experience preferred, however new grads are also welcomed Why Join HealthOne?  * New Clinic Launch Opportunity: JoinHealthOne’s newest downtown clinic and play an active role in shaping the early culture and clinical experience of a new location * Skilled Support Team: Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team, with dedicated scheduling and billing support to help keep your practice running smoothly. * Collaborative Team Culture: Join a supportive multidisciplinary team that enhances your practice and helps your patients access the right care at the right time. * Physician Community and Peer Support: Join a supportive physician community where new grads and early career physicians can connect, ask questions, and learn from peers. * Modern Facilities: Work in spacious, fully equipped exam rooms with an efficient paperless workflow supported by PS Suite, TELUS EMR, so you can stay focused on your patients.
