This is a full-time, outpatient position providing primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, mission-driven environment.   Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care services. * Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive health, and wellness screenings. * Coordinate patient care with specialists and support services. * Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR. * Participate in team-based quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications * MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. * Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. * Active or eligible medical license in the District of Columbia. * Current DEA registration. * Commitment to serving medically underserved populations.
