Graduation from an approved medical school. 2. Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.  3. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado. 4. BLS Certification required.   Salary: $205,000 to $227,800 annually, DOE Sign on Bonus: Up to $10,000 Relocation Benefit available Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Worksite Wellness
