We are seeking a forward-thinking MD or DO to join a growing clinical team delivering a holistic, integrative approach to healthcare. No evenings, weekends, on-call, or hospital shifts. What You'll Do: Provide patient-centered care integrating conventional and holistic medical approaches. Mentor and guide clinical staff, fostering a culture of curiosity and growth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, health coaches, and wellness practitioners. Contribute to clinical innovation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. Maintain thorough, compliant documentation using modern EMR systems. Pursue or maintain certification in integrative medicine as appropriate. Requirements Qualifications: MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board certification in integrative medicine preferred, or willingness to pursue fellowship. Interest or experience in integrative or holistic medicine strongly preferred. Leadership and team collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to innovation. Skills & Competencies: Clinical expertise in Internal or Family Medicine. Knowledge or strong interest in holistic and integrative practices. Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Adaptability and openness to new clinical models. EMR proficiency and meticulous documentation. Commitment to patient-focused care and clinical excellence.
