From wellness programs to preventive care, we’re here to make a difference.   What You’ll Do As our Family Practice Provider you’ll be the guide. Meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle. We keep caseloads manageable with 12-15 patients a day and no double bookings, you’ll have the time you need to focus on each individual as a person rather than a number.     Why Choose MHO? At My Health Onsite, you’re not just part of a team—you’re part of a mission.   Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8a-5p, Wednesday 8a-6p and Friday 8a-4p (No Nights, Weekends or On Call) Brand new Health Center opened 9/25!   Responsibilities: * Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to patients * Provide health services such as initial worker’s comp evaluation, occupational and pre-employment physicals and screenings * Conduct histories and physical examinations, working with patients to develop treatment plans * Prescribe and dispense medications, educate, and advise on medical issues as needed * Serve as a supervising physician of mid-level practitioners, with specific duties detailed in a collaborative practice agreement * Promote wellness educational programs * Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information   Minimum Qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited medical school * Board Eligible * Current and unrestricted Florida medical license * Dispensing license (Florida) or willing to obtain one prior to start date if hired * DEA license * BLS and ACLS Certification for Healthcare Providers-required prior to start date * Occupational Medicine Experience    Preferred Skills: * Experience in primary or urgent care setting * Perform GYN care and well women exams   Benefits: * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401k with Company Match * Generous Paid Time Off & Holidays * License, Certification and CME Reimbursement
