The Practice Ascension St. Alexius Medical Center – Hoffman Estates, Illinois Critical Care hospital and ER with advanced specialty care services. Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with 24/7 cardiac cath lab. 320-bed hospital with 42-bed Emergency Department. Comprehensive sub-specialty backup including 24/7 OB hospitalist, ICU docs, and PEDS hospitalist. Chicago suburb with low penetrating trauma and moderate patient acuity. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown. Responsibilities

Provide specialized emergency medical care to pediatric patients within a Level II Trauma Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of hospitalists and specialists to manage moderate to high patient acuity.
