We are seeking a professional, creative and collaborative Physician Recruiter to join our talented team in playing a critical part in shaping our company’s future by recruiting top-tier Primary Care Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners!

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–3 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician/provider recruitment.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment events (job fairs, conferences) and/or working with external recruitment agencies is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment with a focus on physicians or advanced practice providers.
  • Membership or certification with a professional recruitment organization (e.g., AAPPR - Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment or similar).
  • Familiarity with medical licensing and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with company goals in partnership with senior management and clinic administrators.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database and pipeline, ensuring proactive communication and seamless tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Brand Building: Enhance our presence in the market by attending job fairs, conferences, and leveraging marketing opportunities to position our company as an employer of choice.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize all aspects of the candidate experience, from initial screenings to travel arrangements, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance full cycle recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while driving key recruitment metrics.
  • Onboarding Support: Partner with Regional Administrators and Human Resources leadership to coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new providers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to align recruitment activities with company needs.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment related laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to all applicable policies and best practices.
