Description:
Manages BHMG Physician Services, with an emphasize to support all onboarding of our providers. Ensure successful cultural & operational onboarding experience for all new physicians & allied providers. Exercising discretion & independent judgment regarding matters impacting the physician recruitment, onboarding or credentialing processes. Cultivates and maintain robust relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders including physicians at all levels, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary partners, thereby reinforcing the foundational pillars of our mission and organizational goals. Manager strategically manages departmental resources and priorities, optimizing daily operations and spearheading initiatives that enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness to ensure proper onboarding of all providers within BHMG. This is a critical function to ensure the success of our new providers by creating retention. Works with Director to develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with Executive Leadership and understands the physician business needs of the organization. Assist with overseeing the Credentialing Committee and medical staff personnel supporting the Clinical Enterprise and ensures credentialing processes follow regulatory and payer policies.
This position is fully onsite and requires travel.
