QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or operations—particularly in medical practice management, hospitals, or ambulatory care.
• Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with diabetes and/or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is a plus, but not required.
• Strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a proactive communication style are essential for success in this role.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

DaVita is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Physician Liaison to build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists. This role will serve as a key representative of DaVita’s value proposition, promoting our dialysis clinic service excellence and ensuring a positive experience for nephrologists interacting with DaVita facilities. The Physician Manager will also serve as the central point of contact for physician engagement and collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and communication.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES – 15%

• Develop and maintain detailed practice profiles to enhance institutional knowledge of the nephrology landscape in DFW.
• Maintain accurate engagement reporting using Salesforce.
• Create and manage outreach tools and resources, including clinic location maps and other geographic or physician-specific materials.
