POSITION SUMMARY:

The Physician Relations Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with physicians, physician practices, community groups, and other healthcare partners within the hospital’s service area. This position strategically plans, implements, and participates in outreach efforts designed to grow business opportunities, increase referrals, and enhance collaboration between the hospital and the medical community. The role focuses primarily on physicians but also includes community groups and other potential inpatient and outpatient referral sources. The Physician Relations Manager monitors outcomes, provides feedback to leadership, and participates in performance improvement activities to ensure the effectiveness of outreach initiatives. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
