Description
This position provides support and assists with all activities related to Physician Resources, physician and physician extender planning, recruiting, credentialing, orientation, compliance documentation, special projects and professional standards review. Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Required Experience/Education/Specialized Skills: One Year experience in areas of physician recruitment/staffing, credentialing, human resource/benefits, medical staff office administration, medical group administrative office support, project management of program operations. . Requires flexibility in dealing with multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with and gain confidence of physicians and other practitioners. Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong writing skills needed to help develop letters, reports, etc. Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. Solid intermediate or higher computer skill level including the creation of spreadsheets, database information input and maintenance. Established proficiency with multiple software programs which may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Required Experience/Education/Specialized Skills: Required Certification/Registration: Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Bachelor's degree is preferred (appropriate experience can be substituted for education).
