The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians. Internal Medicine physicians with experience will be considered. Current IL state license is a plus. The Practice Rehabilitation Institute of Southern Illinois – Shiloh, Illinois 40 staffed beds. 15-20 daily encounters and no night shift. Annual volume of 9,200; no admissions or discharges.
