The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physicians. Current OH state license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS are required. Must be comfortable with typical urgent care procedures including but not limited to: laceration repair, incision and drainage, toenail removal, etc. The Practice Memorial Urgent Care - Jerome – Plain City, Ohio Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and weekends 9am-6pm. Single provider coverage. Some services available at the urgent care location will include point of care testing as well as x-ray services. If needed, we can refer patients to a primary care physician or specialist.
