This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 12-16 LPA) Experience: 1+ yrs Location: Nashik Job Type: full-time We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Physics Faculty to teach IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants and help them build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills in Physics. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging classroom sessions, simplify complex concepts, and guide students through effective exam preparation strategies. This role involves conducting lectures, doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and revision programs while continuously tracking student performance and providing academic support. The faculty will also collaborate with academic teams to develop study materials, test papers, and structured learning plans. Strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to create an interactive learning environment are essential. Candidates with Marathi communication ability will have an added advantage in connecting effectively with students and parents.

Responsibilities
