At Concept First Learning Centre, our goal is to empower students to excel in and develop a passion for Physics and Mathematics. We are currently seeking dedicated and self-driven individuals to join our team. With our innovative teaching approach and committed educators, we have positively impacted more than 2000+ students from 90+ schools. Guided by the philosophy of finding purpose and fulfilment in our work, we are tirelessly striving to create the finest Physics and Math Curriculum Programme in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• For Trainees: Candidates must be dedicated to the training programme as a full-time commitment. Applicants should not be engaged in another full-time or part-time job nor be running their own business simultaneously.
• Long-Term Dedication: We seek individuals who are not only passionate about teaching but are also looking to grow with Concept First for a minimum duration of 3 to 5 years.
• Student Support: Candidates must be sincerely dedicated to supporting students wholeheartedly, helping them reach their maximum potential.
• Coachability: Applicants must be open and willing to teach using Concept First’s unique proprietary teaching methodology.
• Educational Qualifications: NIE-trained or possess a Degree in Physics or Engineering from a recognised educational institute. Minimum Grade Requirement: O-Level Physics (A1 / A2) or A-Level Physics (A / B).
• Open to Entry-Level: Candidates with no prior classroom teaching experience are welcome to join as trainees.
• Prior Experience: Relevant teaching experience in tuition centres and/or MOE schools while not a strict requirement, is considered an advantage.
• Team Player: Must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team environment.
