Compensation: 70/30 Split – You take home 70% of billings
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Flexible weekday and weekend shifts

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills
• New graduates welcome and supported
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Deliver client-centered, evidence-based physiotherapy services
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
• Design individualized treatment plans for injury recovery and prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with CPTBC standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, counsellors, and other healthcare team members
• Promote patient education and active rehabilitation strategies
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming clinic culture
