Your role at St John of God Berwick Hospital
We are looking for Grade1/Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our Berwick casual physiotherapy team to work in Acute or our Rehab in the Home services with our Healthcare at Home team. Must be available to work on weekdays (Mon- Fri)
You will be managing a caseload primarily comprising orthopaedic patients, with growth areas in musculoskeletal, cardiology. Experience with community physiotherapy and/or Rehab in Home (RITH) essential.
For candidates wanting shifts across both RITH and hospital areas, there is an opportunity to combine in this casual pool and be offered shifts across both Healthcare at Home and Berwick Hospital, so making reference to areas of interest is recommended.
As a Physiotherapist works alongside the multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical physiotherapy to clients/patients using evidence based clinical practice skills.
The Position
You will hold a registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and will have a demonstrate senior clinical experience and leadership in clinical practice as a physiotherapist within a healthcare and disability service setting.
To succeed in this multi disciplinary team, you will have recent experience in Physiotherapy services in relevant clinical settings including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments.
