ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physiotherapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
  • Have a full Australian working rights and be able to pass national police clearance.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s Licence.

As a Physiotherapist with Aegis, no two days will look the same! You will benefit from a diverse caseload that allows you to apply a broad range of your core skills. Including but not limited to assessing, monitoring, and making recommendations in relation to:

  • Falls, Prevention, trending, analysis, management, and post-fall review.
  • Musculoskeletal, assessment and management.
  • Evidence-based pain management (acute and chronic).
  • Mobility.
  • Exercise prescription (Physitrack subscription available).
  • Functional retraining and rehabilitation.
  • Equipment provision.
  • Promote health and education around Cardiovascular and Respiratory rehabilitation.
  • Continence, bowel, and pelvic health.
  • Positioning.
  • Manuel tasks and transfers.
  • Oedema Management.
  • Advocate for Residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes.
  • Training and Education.
  • Quality monitoring practices and continuous improvement
