We are currently seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Busselton.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Physiotherapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
• Have a full Australian working rights and be able to pass national police clearance.
• Possess a valid Drivers Licence.

Aegis Ellenvale Aged Care Group is looking for a Physiotherapist who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our deserving Residents. The role offers an opportunity to provide high quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy services - founded on our philosophy of Resident centred holistic care. In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for assessing the physical and psycho-social functioning of Residents. You will work alongside Residents, and those that are important to them. Identifying their Physiotherapy goals, needs and preferences. Ensuring all parties are kept informed of the Resident-led, goal directed care planning - within a multiskilled environment that is focused on the reablement of our Residents.
Physiotherapists understand how important good physical functioning and heathy aging are to people’s sense of well-being. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are provided by the Therapy Team which meets the physical and psychosocial needs of our Residents.

About the Facility
The Aegis Aged Care Group is proud to offer this premium 140 bed Residential Aged Care Facility for both Low and High Care residents on the corner of Broadwater Boulevard and Bell Drive, Broadwater. This impressive building was named Aegis Ellenvale to honour the name of Alfred Bussell’s wife, Ellen, as a member of the districts’ famous pioneering family.
The facility overlooks Broadwater Lake and is ideally located for Residents to enjoy excursions into Busselton or along the coast to Dunsborough. Wineries and many tourist attractions are easily accessible in the company of family and friends.
