JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and long-term wellness. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

EXPERIENCE

  • A Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred).
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or equivalent regulatory body).
  • Clinical experience in orthopedics, sports injuries, chronic pain, or rehabilitation is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with MVA patients and WSIB cases is an asset.
  • Experience with dispensing orthotics is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments through physical examinations, functional testing, and medical history reviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs.
  • Apply evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle strategies to support recovery and long-term health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, tracking progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with chiropractors, psychotherapists, TCM practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care.
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation techniques, and clinical research.
