JOB OPPORTUNITY: RESIDENT OR REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Welcome to Etobicoke! Known for its peaceful, family-friendly neighborhoods, and Etobicoke is the perfect place to grow your career.
We are a rapidly expanding clinic and a leader in rehabilitation in the area. Our mission is to redefine traditional therapy by implementing a new standard of care through a multidisciplinary team approach, where we leverage each other’s expertise for holistic client support.

WHO WE ARE:

As a family-owned practice that started in 2019, we now have multiple locations in Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Clarkson. Our goal is to empower clients to achieve maximum functional independence without relying on medications, injections, or surgery, allowing them to live pain-free and move freely.
Why Join Us?
Reputation: We boast over 2,005 five-star reviews in under two years — a testament to the exceptional care we provide and the strong relationships we’ve built within our community.
Integrity & Trust: Our clinic maintains a spotless record — no fraudulent billing, no fraud inquiries from insurance companies, and a strong commitment to ethical, transparent practices. You can be proud to work in an environment that values trust and accountability.
Team Environment: Join a dynamic, supportive team that prioritizes professional growth, collaboration, and delivering patient-centered care.
Comprehensive Mentorship: Benefit from in-house mentorship, hands-on clinical skill workshops, and structured development programs in areas like manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, concussion and vestibular rehab, and more.
Collaborative Learning: Participate in monthly team meetings designed to discuss complex cases and exchange advanced clinical skills — including joint manipulation, neurodynamics, and advanced taping techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Preferably Canadian experience in a busy private clinic setting. New graduates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Certifications: Aspiring to complete or already have certifications in acupuncture, concussion rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and ART is a plus.
  • Caseload Management: Motivated individuals who can build and manage a diverse patient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Community Engagement: Willingness to participate in community events and create content for social media and blogs.
  • Team Player: Interested in collaborative patient care and sharing knowledge with fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Must be able to participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic.
  • Must be able to do videos for social media & write blogs.
  • Interested in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals in the clinic
  • Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills.
  • People-person who cultivates a nurturing and enjoyable environment for both patients and staff.
  • Ability to uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for.
  • Registered and in good standing with Ontario college of Physiotherapy
  • Liability Insurance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
  • Proficient computing skills and the use of: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Proficient use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff
  • Previous MVA and WSIB experience is an asset
