Lansdowne Aged Care Facility is located at 25 Lovoni Street Cabramatta. The home provides either permanent or respite care as per the resident’s requirements. Caring staff provide the best in professional holistic support, delivering comprehensive clinical care & services focused on helping the aged with specialised nursing, palliative and dementia care.

We are hiring Part-time/Casual Physiotherapist Aide positions

Duties may include:

• To follow Physiotherapist Plan of care for individual care recipients as indicated for daily exercise
• To assist the Physiotherapist in the delivery of care to care recipients
• Prepares and conducts care recipient activities correctly and safely
• Observe care recipients’ responses to therapy and report outcomes to RN
• Assists with care recipients’ personal care needs to the extent necessary to ensure care recipients’ safety, comfort and satisfactory completion of planned programs
• To help foster and maintain maximum levels of physical functioning
• Maintains accurate and legible records of activities
• Contributes information to care recipient assessment and personal care evaluation procedures
• Works within limits of own knowledge and ability and refers problems or concerns to the RN and / or Management
• Cooperates with RN supervision and direction of work practices
• Other duties as directed by Clinical Care & Services Manager or delegate
