Calwell Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing practice, located within a busy GP medical centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who values clinical autonomy and flexible working arrangements, while benefiting from an established GP referral network and the opportunity to work alongside General Practitioners and other allied health professionals.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.

The successful applicant will be confident in independently managing their own caseload while communicating and collaborating effectively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

The role provides the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests while benefiting from an established medical practice and referral network.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
  • ABN and ability to operate as an independent contractor.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy setting.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Excellent assessment, manual therapy and rehabilitation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary GP environment.

Desirable – Highly Regarded

  • Current Australian driver's licence.
  • Dry needling qualification and experience.
  • Experience working alongside GPs or within a multidisciplinary medical setting.
  • Interest in developing a particular clinical area or specialisation.
