We are looking for a Physiotherapist to work with our Physiotherapy Department to help us continue in our mission to serve our community with Kindness, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of approved Baccalaureate or Masters of Physiotherapy Degree required
• Current Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario required
• Membership in Canadian Physiotherapy Association (preferred)
• Recent acute inpatient experience required
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of Gentle Persuasive Approach preferred
• Advanced computer skills preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Acceptable performance and attendance records
  Hiring Salary Range: $40.36 - $56.30

The Physiotherapist will act as primary agent to identify and improve patient movement and function for patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability, or ageing. The position with help promotes their patients’ health and wellbeing, and assist the rehabilitation process. Specifically, they will provide expert physiotherapy assessment and treatment recommendations for patients on the acute care units, Complex Continuing Care (CCC) and Emergency department as needed.
