The Role
As a Physiotherapist at Centrepoint Physiotherapy, you will be responsible for providing

The role will initially be offered for 2 days per week, with flexibility around working days where
possible. As your caseload develops and the clinic continues to grow, there will be the
opportunity to increase your number of working days.
You will work closely with patients to establish individualised treatment goals and develop

● Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
● Provide appropriate exercise prescription and rehabilitation programmes.
● Utilise manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques where clinically
indicated.
● Educate patients regarding their condition, recovery, exercise and self-management.
● Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
● Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
● Recognise and appropriately manage clinical risk, including identifying red flags and
referring patients when required.
● Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and other relevant
stakeholders.
● Maintain high standards of professional practice and patient confidentiality.
● Contribute positively to the development and reputation of Centrepoint Physiotherapy.
● Maintain ongoing professional development and keep up to date with current
physiotherapy evidence and best practice.
About You
We are looking for a physiotherapist who is:
● HCPC registered and appropriately qualified to practise in the UK.
● A member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) or working towards
membership.
● Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
● Confident assessing and managing musculoskeletal conditions.
● Able to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills.
● Friendly, approachable and professional.
● An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
● Committed to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development.
● Organised and able to manage their own caseload effectively.
● Motivated to contribute to the growth and development of a private physiotherapy clinic.
● Comfortable working on a self-employed basis and managing their own professional
responsibilities.
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
● Previous experience working within private practice.
● Experience managing a broad musculoskeletal caseload.
● Experience in sports rehabilitation.
● Experience providing acupuncture
● Experience working with strength and conditioning or gym-based rehabilitation.
● Additional relevant qualifications or postgraduate training.
● Experience working with athletes or sporting populations.
What We Offer
● Self-employed working arrangement.
● Initial commitment of 2 days per week.
● Opportunity to increase working days as the clinic and patient caseload grow.
● Flexible working arrangements.
● Competitive rates of pay.
● A supportive and friendly clinical environment.
● Opportunities to develop your clinical skills and areas of specialist interest.
● Access to a varied musculoskeletal caseload.
● Opportunities to develop experience within private practice.
