WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Working closely with our Life Enrichment & Wellbeing Manager and Home Manager, you’ll work within our warm and dynamic support team not only to provide appropriate clinical assessments, but also to deliver engaging, accessible fitness and movement sessions tailored to our residents’ individual needs. You’ll be running:

• One-to-one mobility and strength sessions
• Group fitness classes (gentle exercise, balance, posture, stretching)
• Tailored rehabilitation-style programmes
• Supporting wellness workshops and wellbeing events
• Encouragement, confidence-building, and a fair few laughs along the way
• Creating problem lists, generating SMART goals, and integrating it as part of the residents’ care plans
• Monitoring & progress provision, updating key stakeholders, and where relevant, a discharge report.
