About Your Role This role focuses on turning complex health and performance data into clear, actionable exercise strategies. You’ll assess physical questionnaires, VO₂ max, strength, balance, and body composition results to identify each member’s highest-impact opportunities to reduce long-term health risks. You’ll design and deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise programs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, client-centred care. Using digital tools, you’ll enhance consultations through clear result reviews and education. You’ll also conduct DEXA scans, with full training and competency support provided, helping members understand their body composition and bone health. At the core of the role is building strong relationships that empower members to take meaningful, lasting action for their health. This role is part-time and for members who are located near our Melbourne office. This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time employment with structured predictable days and enjoys a mix or client-facing work and technical assessments (e.g. DEXA scanning). We are seeking part-time team members for the following hours: Tuesday 8am-2pm Friday 8am-2pm Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm Potential for hours in the evening 3pm-8pm What You'll Do Client Engagement and Coaching: Provide structured evaluation of the member’s physical questionnaire, VO2 Max, strength and balance results. Identify and prioritise their top opportunities to reduce their cardiovascular, metabolic, sarcopenia, osteopenia and cancer risk based with actionable and evidence-backed exercise changes. Program Design: Develop and implement personalised exercise and wellness programs, incorporating the latest evidence-based strategies to enhance client outcomes. Create Tailored Exercise Strategy & Tactics: Design and implement individualised exercise tactics based on the member’s specific exercise habits, lifestyle and medical priorities. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to provide holistic, client-centred care. Leverage Technology: Use digital tools such as screen sharing and recording to enhance consultation quality and streamline client education, including real-time review and explanation of results. Conduct DEXA (Duel-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scans as part of clinical assessments, with appropriate training and competency development to ensure accurate scanning and high-quality client education. Empower Clients: Build meaningful relationships to inspire and support clients in achieving optimal health and performance. What You'll Bring To The Team Certifications: Minimum Cert IV in Fitness OR a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of client-facing coaching experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for client consultations and program delivery. Engagement Skills: Ability to connect with high-performing professionals and deliver an exceptional consultation experience. Technical Skills: Advanced ability to interpret clinical performance data (VO₂ max, strength, balance, body composition), apply risk stratification, and design and deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise programs within a multidisciplinary care model.
