Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Werribee, Victoria. This part-time, permanent role is ideal for a new graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in the medical and nursing field. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments and interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
