OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide mobile physiotherapy services to NDIS participants in their homes and community settings. This flexible, subcontractor-based position focuses on functional outcomes rather than KPIs, and includes full administrative support so you can concentrate on delivering high-quality care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • ABN and current Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (community experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and functional capacity principles
  • Ability to work independently with strong organisational and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Implement rehabilitation programs to improve strength, balance, and mobility
  • Prescribe and monitor exercise plans and assistive equipment
  • Provide post-operative care, pain management, and mobility training
  • Collaborate with participants, families, and support coordinators to track progress
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and NDIS reporting standards
  • Promote independence and improved daily living through tailored interventions
