Role Description This full-time Physiotherapist role is an on-site position based in Everton Park, QLD. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and functional movement issues for a diverse range of clients, using evidence-based techniques and individualized care plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough physical assessments, developing and implementing treatment programs, providing manual therapy and exercise prescription, and educating clients on injury prevention and self-management. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare practitioners to deliver integrated care, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of services. The Physiotherapist will also support clinic initiatives, participate in case discussions, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and client-focused environment.

Qualifications


  • Candidates should possess strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including musculoskeletal assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
  • Candidates should possess skills in client communication, education, and motivational support to enhance adherence and long-term health outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, working effectively with other healthcare professionals in a holistic care model.
  • Candidates should possess skills in clinical documentation, time management, and case load organization to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), current professional registration, and eligibility to practice in Australia are required.
  • Additional beneficial experience includes work in private practice or multidisciplinary settings, familiarity with sports or rehabilitation clients, reformer pilates training and a strong interest in holistic and integrative healthcare.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and providing inclusive, non-discriminatory care to clients of all backgrounds is highly valued.
