We are seeking passionate Graduate Physiotherapists to join our industry-leading, Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available in Newcastle. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.
As a Physiotherapist in our team you will help participants across a diverse caseload of neurological, progressive neurological and disability participants. Your caseloads will include participants with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, post stroke, amputations and motor neuron disease and more.

Day-to-day you will:

• Assess & Design impactful therapy sessions to:
• Improve balance, range of movement, posture and muscle strength
• Support through hydrotherapy sessions or completing respiratory assessments and treatments.
• Complete postural assessments and trialling assistive technology such as standing frames and manual wheelchairs.
• Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
